Data and purposes
We process account, profile, authentication, manually entered emergency contacts, device identifiers, location, routes, ordinary telemetry, SOS and safety-event records, technical/security/diagnostic data and support communications to provide, secure and support the requested service. We do not use advertising analytics, cookies, tracking pixels or Apple-defined tracking, and we do not access the phone address book.
Retention
Account/profile data is kept while active and then deleted or anonymized after a valid request unless law requires retention. Location, routes and ordinary telemetry are kept up to 12 months; SOS incidents and evidence up to 5 years after closure; technical, security, diagnostic and access logs up to 90 days; backups up to 90 days before rotation. Tokens and contacts remain only until the applicable expiration, removal, logout, deletion, revocation, replacement or invalidation. Statutory records are kept as legally required.
Rights, age and safety
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection at privacy@eixam.com; proportionate identity verification may be required. The service is for people aged 16 or over. Under-16s must not use an independent account. Eixam is supplementary, does not replace 112 and does not guarantee connectivity, delivery, rescue, monitoring, coverage or response times.
